Instructors are always knowledgeable and high energy, and I always leave feeling energized and like I got a really good work out in. It’s nice that students can go at their own pace, and modify the workouts as needed. LIGHT HOUSE is a great and fun alternative to just going to a gym and lifting weights or using a treadmill. Way more fun to do yoga/weights/cardio all at once, all within a fun, high energy, group environment!

Holy sweat! Amazing. Inspiring. Challenging. Fun. The workout regimen was choreographed to some great tunes (MJ meets Sia to TSwift) and the instructor was super engaging/fit. Studio was well-organized and overall check-in process was slick. Totally recommend from first timers to experienced yogis – this place is incredible and you’ll love it!

What a wonderful studio. The atmosphere, heat and humidity were all spot on. The class started off with a great warmup and the sequence was fun, challenging and lots of options were given to embellish or take it down a notch, which I absolutely love! I left the studio feeling like I found a Wisconsin home for my practice.
