Seamlessly flow into your second portion of class where you’ll stretch, connect + be guided through a meditation. This class will take you on a journey, allowing you to move + sweat, reset + connect. YOGA SCULPT
Strength + conditioning… YOGA style. YOGA SCULPT combines weights with strength + cardio intervals for a high-intensity, heart-pumping class that challenges you both mentally + physically in new ways each time. Cue the beats [+ a TON of fun], + you have an energizing, total-body workout unlike any other.

This class is heated + incorporates a yoga flow. Some yoga experience is suggested but not required. Low-impact modification + advanced options are provided.

Expect
High-energy, motivating music, lots of movement, sweat + soul. You’ll choose two sets of hand weights to use for class but can be practiced with or without weights. Class can be challenging, but modifications are provided + you decide your intention + your intensity.

Total-body workout, strength training, endurance, interval training, challenge, calorie burn, awesome complement to current yoga practice +/or fitness routine.
SOULSWEAT
If you love YOGA SCULPT but looking to add some more variety, + maybe some lower-intensity barre + Pilates-inspired options [with the same awesome results!] this will be another go-to class. SOULSWEAT takes a POWER YOGA flow + incorporates additional props like resistance bands, gliders, blocks, etc. to strengthen + tone. This class adds barre + Pilates-inspired small, muscle-toning movements to provide the muscle exhausting exercises you’re craving. Sprinkle in some cardio with both high + low-intensity options [+, of course, some fun!], and this class will be one of your new faves.

Classes can combine strength, circuit, cardio + interval training to TORCH calories, enhance, + condition you physically as well as mentally. A dynamic + effective addition to your current yoga + fitness routine, this is one amazing workout that is guaranteed to strengthen, empower + LIGHT you up.
