Yoga

LIGHTFLOW

Our LIGHT vinyasa flow focuses on alignment + synching breath to movement. Deepen your breath + body connection by holding postures for longer periods of time, + additionally flow through a beautifully + intelligently sequenced class.

Slightly heated [75-80 °F]

Expect

We take more time to break things down + stick with a similar sequence every class [while sprinkling in some variances to keep things interesting!]  This is a great class for beginners, but don’t underestimate the POWER of our LIGHTFLOW – it is awesome for all levels!

Great For

Alignment focus, cross-training, yoga foundations, those who like consistency + a similar sequence every class, low-impact option, new to yoga.

POWER YOGA

This powerful vinyasa flow will challenge + strengthen both body + mind. With roots in Ashtanga Yoga, POWER YOGA focuses on connecting breath with dynamic movement + flow through postures. A challenging + inspiring yoga class that consistently evolves + changes, promoting growth within your practice.  Increase stamina, strength, + flexibility + leave feeling invigorated + stronger with every class.

Expect

A faster-paced yoga class with more movement, more postures, + more advanced options.

Great For

Stress-reduction, advancing your practice, challenging body + mind, low-impact option, building core strength, cross-training, flexibility, stamina, building overall strength.

RELIGHT

It’s time to tune in, stretch + CHILL. This juicy class will help you restore, recover, + recharge mentally + physically. Stretch + surrender in a grounding practice that enables you to sink into your body + mind with intention, increasing flexibility + mindfulness.  Take a break from your day or regular practice with a class that will RELIGHT body + mind + leave you feeling completely refreshed.

Expect

Beginners + advanced. Be prepared to dig deep, to listen, to accept, and to just “be.” Props may be incorporated.

Great For

Stress reduction, flexibility + mobility, relaxation, cross-training, a necessary complement to your vinyasa + strength practices, new to yoga.

SOULFIRE

Some like it HOT. Set your SOUL on FIRE with our exclusive version of Hot Yoga. This *very* heated class mixes traditional static Bikram poses with periods of vinyasa flow + movement to detoxify, cleanse, + rejuvenate body + mind.

Water, towel, mat. This class is practiced barefoot.

Expect

Some holding postures + some movement/flow. This class is kept very hot + you may want to try other heated classes before this to get your body accustomed to the heat if it is your first time. Stay hydrated by drinking water well before + following class.

Great For

Cross-training, flexibility, detoxifying, cleansing, mobility, stress reduction, challenge, mindfulness, low-impact option.

POWER+LIGHT

Tap into your POWER. Ignite your LIGHT. The first portion of class will take you through a powerful vinyasa flow to connect breath to movement, build heat within the body + release tension. Seamlessly flow into your second portion of class where you’ll stretch, connect + be guided through a meditation. This class will take you on a journey, allowing you to move + sweat, reset + connect. The best of both worlds with dynamic movement + exhilarating stillness.

Expect

Challenging for body + mind, providing an awesome balance of powerful flow and stillness. A great class to make the transition to POWER YOGA, or just a wonderful opportunity to get both POWER + serenity together carefully curated into one beautiful class.

Great For

Stress reduction, flexibility + mobility, relaxation, cross-training, beginners + advanced, mindfulness, introduction to meditation.

Strength + Conditioning

Take your yoga practice or current fitness routine to the next level by building physical + mental strength in fun + challenging new ways. Each high-energy yet mindful class holds a yoga inspired inclusion, making these classes the best of both worlds. Discover positive mental + physical results + feel stronger than ever before.

YOGA SCULPT

Strength + conditioning… YOGA style.  YOGA SCULPT combines weights with strength + cardio intervals for a high-intensity, heart-pumping class that challenges you both mentally + physically in new ways each time.  Cue the beats [+ a TON of fun], + you have an energizing, total-body workout unlike any other.

Beginner to Advanced

This class is heated + incorporates a yoga flow. Some yoga experience is suggested but not required. Low-impact modification + advanced options are provided.

Heat

Moderately Heated [90-95 F°]

Bring

Water, towel, mat. This class is practiced barefoot.

Expect

High-energy, motivating music, lots of movement, sweat +  soul.  You’ll choose two sets of hand weights to use for class but can be practiced with or without weights.  Class can be challenging, but modifications are provided + you decide your intention + your intensity.

Great For

Total-body workout, strength training, endurance, interval training, challenge, calorie burn, awesome complement to current yoga practice +/or fitness routine.

SOULSWEAT

If you love YOGA SCULPT but looking to add some more variety, + maybe some lower-intensity barre + Pilates-inspired options [with the same awesome results!] this will be another go-to class. SOULSWEAT takes a POWER YOGA flow + incorporates additional props like resistance bands, gliders, blocks, etc. to strengthen + tone. This class adds barre + Pilates-inspired small, muscle-toning movements to provide the muscle exhausting exercises you’re craving. Sprinkle in some cardio with both high + low-intensity options [+, of course, some fun!], and this class will be one of your new faves.

This class is heated + incorporates a yoga flow. Some yoga experience is suggested but not required. Low-impact modification & advanced options are provided.

Heat

Moderately Heated [85-95 F°]

Bring

Water, towel, mat. This class is practiced barefoot.

Expect

Power vinyasa yoga mixed with additional exercises. High-energy music, low-impact movement. Different props incorporated throughout class for strengthening + toning. Can be challenging, but modifications are provided + you decide your intention & your intensity.

Great For

Total-body workout, strength training, low-intensity, muscle-exhaustion, cardiovascular endurance, complement to current yoga practice +/or fitness routine.

TORCH

Sweat, tone, + TORCH. This challenging yet fun total-body workout incorporates bootcamp-style variations to challenge mind + body in new ways every time. Classes can combine strength, circuit, cardio + interval training to TORCH calories, enhance, + condition you physically as well as mentally. A dynamic + effective addition to your current yoga + fitness routine, this is one amazing workout that is guaranteed to strengthen, empower + LIGHT you up.

Water, towel, mat. *This class is practiced wearing athletic shoes.* [No street shoes. Please ensure shoes are clean + soles are light.]

Expect

While class can be high-impact + challenging, this entire class can be modified or advanced depending on your level.
