Yoga

LIGHTFLOW

A more gradual and less-heated version of our Power Yoga class, this LIGHT vinyasa flow focuses on alignment + synching breath to movement. Deepen your breath to body connection by holding postures for longer periods of time while flowing through an invigorating yoga class suitable for all levels. [slightly heated]

Expect

We take more time to break things down + stick with a similar sequence every class [while sprinkling in some variances to keep things interesting!]  This is a great class for beginners, but don’t underestimate the POWER of our LIGHTFLOW – it is awesome for all levels!

Alignment focus, cross-training, yoga foundations, those who like consistency + a similar sequence every class, low-impact option, new to yoga.

POWER YOGA

Strengthen body + mind with our powerful vinyasa-style yoga flow. With roots in Ashtanga Yoga, our dynamic POWER YOGA class focuses on connecting breath and movement, increasing your stamina, strength and flexibility. This challenging, yet accessible, yoga class will promote growth within your practice and leave you feeling energized + stronger every time you leave your mat. [heated]

A faster-paced yoga class with more movement, more postures, + more advanced options.

Great For

RELIGHT

Re-center, stretch and CHILL. Take a break from your day or compliment your regular vinyasa yoga practice or strength training with this juicy restorative practice. RELIGHT will focus on grounding + stretching, helping you to recharge both mentally + physically and leave you feeling restored + refreshed. [slightly heated]

Beginners + advanced. Be prepared to dig deep, to listen, to accept, and to just “be.” Props may be incorporated.

SOULFIRE

Set your SOUL on FIRE with our *signature* Hot Yoga format. Our most heated yoga class, SOULFIRE intentionally fuses traditional, static Bikram poses with the perfect amount of vinyasa flow to ignite the fire within.  Get ready to sweat it out, improve balance and focus, strengthen and stretch. This class will detoxify + cleanse, leaving both your body + mind completely rejuvenated. [very heated]

Expect

Some holding postures + some movement/flow. This class is kept very hot + you may want to try other heated classes before this to get your body accustomed to the heat if it is your first time. Stay hydrated by drinking water well before + following class.

Cross-training, flexibility, detoxifying, cleansing, mobility, stress reduction, challenge, mindfulness, low-impact option.

POWER+LIGHT

50% Power Yoga, 50% ReLight. POWER+LIGHT fuses the best of both worlds, combining our Power Yoga + ReLight classes in one. The first half of class starts with a powerful vinyasa flow to connect breath to movement, build heat within the body and release tension. Take the second half of class to chill with extra stretching + meditation. Get both the challenge + the chill with this powerful fusion. [heated]

Expect

Challenging for body + mind, providing an awesome balance of powerful flow and stillness. A great class to make the transition to POWER YOGA, or just a wonderful opportunity to get both POWER + serenity together carefully curated into one beautiful class.

Stress reduction, flexibility + mobility, relaxation, cross-training, beginners + advanced, mindfulness, introduction to meditation.

Strength + Conditioning

YOGA SCULPT

Strength training, conditioning and yoga all rolled into one. YOGA SCULPT combines our dynamic Power Yoga flow with free weights, strength, and cardio intervals for a high-intensity, heart-pumping class. Cue the high-energy music, plus a TON of fun, and you have a total-body workout unlike any other. Get stronger with every class as we sweat, strengthen, and challenge you both physically and mentally. [heated]

This class is heated + incorporates a yoga flow. Some yoga experience is suggested but not required. Low-impact modification + advanced options are provided.

Heat

Moderately Heated [90-95 F°]

Bring

Water, towel, mat. This class is practiced barefoot.

Expect

High-energy, motivating music, lots of movement, sweat +  soul.  You’ll choose two sets of hand weights to use for class but can be practiced with or without weights.  Class can be challenging, but modifications are provided + you decide your intention + your intensity.

Great For

Total-body workout, strength training, endurance, interval training, challenge, calorie burn, awesome complement to current yoga practice +/or fitness routine.

YOGABURN

Feel the BURN. Barre + Pilates-inspired exercises are fused with a Power Yoga flow and low-impact cardio to create one core-strengthening, muscle-burning workout. Focus on breath while using bodyweight and additional equipment like resistance bands and exercise balls to ignite and burnout small muscle groups to build lean, toned muscles. If you love barre + Pilates, like the music and high-energy of a Yoga Sculpt class, or you’re looking for a low-impact class option, YOGA BURN is for you. [heated]

Heat

Moderately Heated [85-95 F°]

Water, towel, mat. This class is practiced barefoot.

Expect

Power vinyasa yoga mixed with additional exercises. High-energy music, low-impact movement. Different props incorporated throughout class for strengthening + toning. Can be challenging, but modifications are provided + you decide your intention & your intensity.

Great For

Total-body workout, strength training, low-intensity, muscle-exhaustion, cardiovascular endurance, complement to current yoga practice +/or fitness routine.

TORCH

Our strength-focused interval training class will engage your entire body and have you reaching new heights in your fitness journey. TORCH is a fun, total body workout that focuses on STRENGTH + CARDIO interval training to condition your body both physically + mentally. Strength (or resistance) training is the key to enhanced body composition as lean muscle mass decreases naturally with age. Strength sessions also may help improve bone health, increase balance and decrease risk of injury. Class is designed to be practiced without shoes, but *clean athletic shoes* are optional if extra support is needed, slightly heated.
