RELIGHT

It’s time to tune in, stretch + CHILL. This juicy class will help you restore, recover, and recharge mentally + physically—while improving relaxation and sleep quality. Take a break from your day or regular practice with a class that will RELIGHT body + mind and leave you feeling completely refreshed.

POWER+LIGHT

The best of both worlds. 50% Power Yoga + 50% ReLight. Move through the first half of class with a powerful vinyasa flow to connect breath to movement, build heat within the body and release tension. Take the second half of class to chill with extra stretching + meditation. 

YOGA BURN

Looking for low-impact strength training with a yoga twist? YOGA BURN blends Barre + Pilates-inspired moves with Power Yoga and gentle cardio to sculpt your body from head to toe. You’ll focus on breath, posture, and mindful movement while firing up small muscle groups for lean muscle growth, core strength, and improved flexibility—all without high-impact stress on your joints.

What to Expect In Your First Class

We know trying something new can bring up lots of questions, so we’ve gathered some of the most common ones to help you feel confident and ready for your first visit.

What Should I Bring?

Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. No mat? No worries—we offer a complimentary one for your first class! Plus, water bottles and towels are available for sale right here at the studio. 

What Should I Wear?

Wear whatever feels good and lets you move freely. Sweat-wicking fabrics are best to keep you comfy. Our classes are barefoot, so no special shoes needed.

How Do I Sign Up For My First Class?

Check out our schedule and pick your first class online. Create an account in MindBody and select “First Class Free” at checkout. Or, stop by the studio and we’ll help you get set up in person.

How Early Should I Arrive?

Our doors open 15 minutes before class. We recommend new students arrive early to get settled, enjoy a quick studio tour, and set up your space! 

What's the Minimum Age to Attend Class?

All students under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver before their first class. A parent or guardian must come to the studio on or before the student’s first visit to complete the waiver.

Once the waiver is signed, students under 18 may attend class with or without a parent or guardian present.
