ITINERARY
DAY 1
Welcome to Your Costa Rica Wellness Retreat!
After your arrival at San Jose International Airport (SJO), meet your group and transfer to your beautiful accommodations at the boutique Santa Lucía Hotel. Along the drive, you’ll pass by lush landscapes and traditional Costa Rican scenery.
Settle in and unwind before enjoying a welcome dinner at the hotel’s onsite restaurant.
DAY 2
Start your morning with an optional wellness session in the dedicated yoga space. After breakfast, lace up your hiking shoes and explore the scenic trails of Santa Lucía. Wander through forests and across suspension bridges, with panoramic views of the Pacific and opportunities to spot birds and native wildlife.
Enjoy a nourishing lunch before your afternoon is free to relax at the hotel or explore the surrounding area.
DAY 3
After your morning wellness class and breakfast, set out on a guided walk through Costa Rica’s lush rainforest with an expert naturalist. Explore scenic forest trails and cross two hanging bridges with sweeping views of the canopy and river below. Along the way, learn about the forest’s layers, unique plant-animal interactions, and the remarkable adaptations that make this ecosystem so diverse.
Your guide will help you spot wildlife — from vibrant birds to curious mammals and insects — using a professional spotting scope.
Upon returning to the hotel, enjoy lunch on site where the remainder of the day is at leisure for you to relax.
DAY 4
Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Begin with a peaceful wellness session, followed by breakfast and a curated coffee-tasting experience to savor Costa Rica’s rich flavors. Afterward, the day is yours! Spend your day relaxing by the hotel pool, hiking a nearby trail, or opt for an excursion to Jaco Beach (additional cost).
This open day is perfect for self-reflection, rest, or deepening connections within your group.
DAY 5
Start your morning off with a wellness class, followed by breakfast and the rest of the morning at leisure to enjoy the hotel amenities and relax by the pool.
Later, enjoy an unforgettable afternoon aboard a 50 foot private catamaran as you sail across the stunning Los Sueños Bay en route to Playa Fantasia, a secluded white sand beach accessible only by boat.
Departing in the early afternoon, you will cruise along the Pacific in total comfort, taking in the coastal views before arriving at this untouched paradise. Upon arrival, you will have time to relax in hammocks or beach chairs, swim in the calm waters, or take advantage of complimentary water activities such as paddleboarding, boogie boarding, and snorkeling.
A gourmet beachfront lunch awaits, featuring freshly prepared local dishes and an open bar with craft cocktails, beer, and nonalcoholic options. After lunch, enjoy more beach time or opt for a friendly game of beach volleyball.
As the afternoon winds down, you will set sail once more just in time for sunset, watching the sky transform into a breathtaking palette of colors during your return to shore. This peaceful and curated experience blends relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty all in one memorable afternoon.
Return to the hotel for the remainder of your evening at leisure.
DAY 6
After one last wellness session and breakfast, enjoy some quiet time or a final walk through Santa Lucía before your transfer to San Jose International Airport for your flight home.

Deposit amount of $500 per person is due no later than April 25, 2026.
